CyberArk Error Code 03 - Not able to login to Cyberark console

Error Issue : Not able to login Cyberark through PVWA.

Root cause of the issue :
Vault is using self-signed certificate which is not allowed for RADIUS authentication

Steps to resolve this issue:
- Using the PrivateArk fat client
- Right click on the vault
- Click on properties
- Click on Advanced
- Check the boxes (Trust Self-signed certificates, Allow Third Party authentication with self-signed certificates)

CyberArk Error Code 01

Error Issue: End users not able to access On-boarded servers from CyberArk console. Root cause of the issue :  Main root cause of the Cyberark issue is Windows servers were not able to launch through Cyberark PSM server due to Cyberark PSM services/servers are down. Steps to resolve this issue:   Step 1: Login to Cyberark PSM server  and check if PSM services are running. Step 2: If services are stopped, please restart the CyberArk PSM services.
