Cyberark Error Code 02 : PSM failure

Error Issue : Failed to connect servers from connect button through PVWA.

Root cause of the issue :

Cyberark PSM Shadow accounts don’t have privileges to access on-boarded account.

Steps to resolve this issue:
Please add user groups “Users” and “PSM Shadow Users” to

Local security Policy -> User Rights Management -> Allow Log on Locally.

CyberArk Error Code 01

Error Issue: End users not able to access On-boarded servers from CyberArk console. Root cause of the issue :  Main root cause of the Cyberark issue is Windows servers were not able to launch through Cyberark PSM server due to Cyberark PSM services/servers are down. Steps to resolve this issue:   Step 1: Login to Cyberark PSM server  and check if PSM services are running. Step 2: If services are stopped, please restart the CyberArk PSM services.
