Cyberark Error code 04 : Access issue in CyberArk due to Group policy

Issue: Failed to launch Windows servers due to security GPO Policies. Root cause of the issue:   1 Issue is due to restriction on GPO policy in logging to the server remotely through password. Steps to resolve this issue: 1       Change the below GPO settings as mentioned below Go to Computer Configuration  Then Go to Administrative Templates  Then Go to Windows Components  Then Go to Remote Desktop Services  Then Go to Remote Desktop Session Host  Then Go to  Security  Then set  Always prompt for password upon connection to   "disabled"

CyberArk Error Code 03 - Not able to login to Cyberark console

Error Issue : Not able to login Cyberark through PVWA. Root cause of the issue : Vault is using self-signed certificate which is not allowed for RADIUS authentication Steps to resolve this issue: - Using the PrivateArk fat client - Right click on the vault - Click on properties - Click on Advanced - Check the boxes (Trust Self-signed certificates, Allow Third Party authentication with self-signed certificates)

Error Issue : Failed to connect servers from connect button through PVWA. Root cause of the issue : Cyberark PSM Shadow accounts don’t have privileges to access on-boarded account. Steps to resolve this issue: Please add user groups “Users” and “PSM Shadow Users” to Local security Policy -> User Rights Management -> Allow Log on Locally.

CyberArk Error Code 01

Error Issue: End users not able to access On-boarded servers from CyberArk console. Root cause of the issue :  Main root cause of the Cyberark issue is Windows servers were not able to launch through Cyberark PSM server due to Cyberark PSM services/servers are down. Steps to resolve this issue:   Step 1: Login to Cyberark PSM server  and check if PSM services are running. Step 2: If services are stopped, please restart the CyberArk PSM services.
